I do have a bio mat and it really does help. I p it it at 96· Just a nice even heat because I don't know about you,but I can't take the heat.

Yes my daughter has a infrared hand held one she gave me to try. It does help. Of course for me cause I like the heat better than ice! But it worked good on the sorest muscle in my shoulder blade. Its all coming from my neck. If they used it in therapy, did it help you enough to buy??

I'm so up to trying anything if I have to stop taking a pill with bad side effects.
My body takes heat better too. And I can tell when my body is working on healing, different muscles will run a fever, yet my head will not. And that's without me adding heat to those muscles. Crazy...I'm been doing my best to listen to my own body and stop friends saying oh you are fine...or try this when they don't have Fibromyalgia. Ones like us...truly understand and I'm so thankful to have crossed pathways with each one of them. 😍☺️😍
