My pain specialist suggested no gluten and no dairy diet.
vd3, CoQ10, etc. are supplements to take that help. A lot of us seem to be low on that in our bodies, For me CoQ10 helps keep my mind more clear and more positive, Magnesium can calm you and help with constipation if you have that and Glucosimine helps with bone joints, etc.
Yes, no gluten, no sugar. Others have suggested no dairy as AngelaJa said. I also do vd3, coQ10, and magnesium and glucosumine. I get the one at Costco's or Sam's. It's cheaper and has a lot there. Considering even trying grain free diet to in other words mostly meat and veggies and good fats like coconut oil, avocado, etc. Hope that helps.
So hard to not eat dairy:(...I have also heard the low sugar (replace with Stevia), eggs (pretty common allergy) and MSG as well. Thinking of trying the dr terry wahls protocol - my friend sent me a video and this women is pretty incredible. I have been gluten free for over a year and I have noticed a huge change in stomach bloat, weight loss and hand pain. Weird but if I eat it by accident - my hands feel like I'm 100.
No msg, and believe me it is in almost all prepared foods, and no aspertame. They both produce extreme pain.
