Members overwhelmingly confirmed that increased clumsiness, including dropping items, bumping into walls and doorframes, and tripping, is a common fibromyalgia symptom that many experience daily. Several members shared practical adaptations like switching to plastic cups or thermos mugs with lids, reducing clutter to avoid knocking things over, and resting when coordination worsens to prevent injury. A recurring theme was that clumsiness often intensifies during flares or exhaustion, with many finding humor and grace in accepting these limitations as part of living with fibro.

Hi, I thought it was just me getting old. But seriously, I seem to miss judge things. Like walking through a door way, I sometimes bang in to the door frame. I knock things over when reaching for them. My grip sometimes fails me.
