My daughter has been through this so many times. She has been on a gluten free diet for years. Has also gone Paleo. Still got sick..but kept it up for at least 6 years. Recently had a sensitivity blood test done. Foods she has to stay away from also include: Lemon, apple, grapes, dried fruit, strawberries, wheat, lettuce, mustard, pistachio, sodium sulfate, soda..,,,,lyte(can't read my writing) tryamine..stuff like wine, candida (yeast), peanuts, Aspirin Bananas, blue dye 2 When she would eat these foods the pain would increase. She started off with chicken for breakfast and zucchini..Then could include one food a day. It is tough but the pain noticeable decreased..at least for the moment. When she goes places she has to take her own food. Cross contamination could happen. Restaurants she takes her own food. May eat spinach instead of lettuce. Also found out when you eat foods do not eat the same thing 2 days in a row..That leads to food sensitivities.
Soup, stir fry, salad, I batch cook for myself. Lots of veggies and meat does we well. I also love to make bone broth out of rotisserie chickens. So yummy and healing
My daughter has celiac disease..Some days she has constipation..others she has diarrhea...So any symptom can happen!! Her T4 doesn't convert to T3 which also causes constipation! Fibro causes lots of havoc.,
