What should I eat for fibro friendly meals? I sure could use some help in this department. I have been getting sick after meals.

Members encouraged someone experiencing severe nausea after meals to try an elimination diet to identify food triggers, with many sharing their own success stories of removing gluten, dairy, processed foods, and sugar from their diets. Several members emphasized that everyone's body reacts differently, mentioning how some thrive on bone broth and simple meals like soup and stir-fry, while others struggle with foods as varied as lettuce, fruit, and even water, making personalized trial and error essential. A recurring theme was the frustration of ongoing symptoms despite dietary changes, with members urging consultation with a doctor to rule out conditions like IBS, celiac disease, or ulcers, and offering solidarity around the isolating experience of having to bring your own food to restaurants or force yourself to eat when nothing feels safe.

My daughter has been through this so many times. She has been on a gluten free diet for years. Has also gone Paleo. Still got sick..but kept it up for at least 6 years. Recently had a sensitivity blood test done. Foods she has to stay away from also include: Lemon, apple, grapes, dried fruit, strawberries, wheat, lettuce, mustard, pistachio, sodium sulfate, soda..,,,,lyte(can't read my writing) tryamine..stuff like wine, candida (yeast), peanuts, Aspirin Bananas, blue dye 2 When she would eat these foods the pain would increase. She started off with chicken for breakfast and zucchini..Then could include one food a day. It is tough but the pain noticeable decreased..at least for the moment. When she goes places she has to take her own food. Cross contamination could happen. Restaurants she takes her own food. May eat spinach instead of lettuce. Also found out when you eat foods do not eat the same thing 2 days in a row..That leads to food sensitivities.
