A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi all just a question if anyone know is it the Epsom salts that can be drank that we need to buy for our baths? Just went to get some yesterday and only had about mixing with water etc to be used as a drink didn't mention anything about adding into bath are they all the same and if so how much do you add into bath water!
Thanks in Advance
