Have read an article that says that Epsom Salts in a bath will help with muscle pain and help constipation. Has anyone else tried them ?

Yes Epsom salts are amazing for muscle pain and constipation... You must make sure your well hydrated because it releases all the lactic acid out of your muscles!

Yes.
They do help some but never heard of helping constipation.
Gonna try a bath each night to see.😊

I take something for my Raynards and read I can't take magnesium with it ..I'm seeing my practitioner on Friday so will what she says
