I used to have this problem ladies ... Go to bed fine and awake with no voice etc ....
After a camera down my nose and throat I was diagnosed with severe acid reflux while I slept ...
I was confused and very skeptical but I was out of choices by now so o took the prescription for lanzoprasole and ever since taking that each night I've not once woken up with a sore throat or no voice or anything else xxxx speak to your drs x

Sore throat and tender lymph nodes are almost constant for me. My flu-like symptoms are actually more prominent than the pain (which makes me think that I have "more" CFS than fibromyalgia, but the labels don't matter).

I also get a sore throat after feeling stressed, as an immediate reaction.

Omg I sound just let me. Dry mouth sore throat swollen glad I get earache n headaches. I've had recurring thrush that won't go away. So I always a sum that's what it is. Unroll today its different. N only on one side of my face n neck. I guess I'm going to see the doctor.
