I find the easiest way is to click on post at the top then click on attach photo in the left hand corner of the post page mind that me using the fibro mobile app x

When you go back to your own profile on top left, there is an a paper clip attachment or keep your mouse over your photo and a camera should appear, then you can change your pic

You can also go to the top left where there are bars (3 lines) next to my Fibro team click on that. You will have a drop down box click on pin board and you can post photos, says etc. Everything everyone else said is correct also. Hope this helps.
