Welcome Sandy! I tell you what I thought I was going nuts and so irritable .In my case I have more pain when it is hot. I am fatigued and not able to do much. I am now postmenopausal and I never knew what symptoms were for menopause or fibro.I still have the symptoms. Also, I didn't know my Vitamin D was so low either.I take 2000 iu per day .My head would sweat and I could not cool off.I am going to ask my doctor to check my Vitamin D again to see if it improved.
Any change in the barometer affects me. Humidity is also bad
Yes. I believe Fibro is worse in the winter because of the cold. I know in the winter my neck, back & shoulders hurt so bad that I can hardly do anything. I lose sensation in my hands just from the slight exposure to too much cold weather.
Hi Sandy! I do find the weather effects me tremendously. Especially when the barometer changes and we are going from heat to cold. I usually know 2-3 days in advance when a storm is going to hit. The energy issue is just one we all have to struggle with. My family doctor said to take 2000 iu vitamin D along with vitamin B12 for energy. Just haven't seen much improvement yet. But only been a short while. I am taking 5000 iu vitamin D.
Yes Weather effects me heat, cold rain especially bothers ne. My Dr said if they say there is going to be change in Weather make sure I rest and take my meds. Kind of hard to do when working 10 hrs a day.
