Members overwhelmingly validated the experience of electric shock-like pain as a common fibromyalgia symptom, describing sensations that range from sudden zaps in legs, arms, feet, and backs to vibrations that feel like a cell phone buzzing in a pocket. Several members shared medications and strategies that have provided relief, including Gabapentin, Lyrica, topical lidocaine patches, slow-release pain relievers, heat therapy, gentle movement, and anti-inflammatories, though many noted that finding the right combination often requires trial and adjustment with a doctor. A recurring theme was the emotional validation of knowing these painful, unsettling symptoms are real and not imagined, with members encouraging each other to advocate with their healthcare providers and expressing solidarity through shared experiences of nerve pain that takes your breath away.

Thanks @JacquieDdRungsLapos, it certainly is, thank goodness it doesn't happen too often - I'm on 900mg of Gabapentin at the moment! Gentle hugs xx

To all my team members. I have researched a lot and have tried a lot of diet exercise and counseling and psychiatric help. I have found out that no specific answer is right. But i use sheer will power .
