Angry Issues

Do any of you have angry issues ,? i get easily frustrated , and also i cant sleep nothing new for you all ,but do i talk to my doctor ,or
is there an at home remedies, And im tried of going to the doctor ,

Irritability can be helped with staying off certain foods that are known to cause inflamation. Sugar, wheat, and dairy are the biggest ones I've noticed a difference with. I've heard and about these three in so many sources. I decided to be really strict with it for three months and see if it helps. I noticed a difference at 3 weeks. Some people I know have not needed to make their anti anxiety medication after they started watching their goods.
I also avoid corn. I think tomatoes for me makes my pain worse.

I can go from 0 to biotch in about 5,2 seconds. Never had it before. I do know Pain meds and antidepressants can cause irritability
