Omg! That's all I ever want. It really is part of the fibro. To crave carbs and chocolate.

Something to add. Many fibro sufferers have yeast imbalances- and yeast thrives on sugar. So if you notice white patches in your mouth or yeast rashes anywhere else you should really try to control the sugar cravings. Sugar free options are worse. Try stevia plant and coconut sugar. No aspartame ever!

@A MyFibroTeam Member Romeo and others. I noticed that you can't use Stevia or other artificial sweeteners...I cannot use them either. But I have had to have extensive dental work recently and have more in October. The dental specialist sat down with me and helped me research what to do for my teeth to preserve the work that was being done. One of my biggest issues is not being able to drink water by itself. It comes back up. I have been this way since birth. I am a big soda drinker. We discovered that Alkaline water and a high ph would help my teeth. I have found out that xylitol is not a fake sugar and safe for your body. The mints keep my mouth balanced. I use a small amount of Torani syrup to flavor my special water. I discovered that they sell xylitol sugar to bake with and such. I am going to give it a try. Good luck

Yes! Unbelievable how much I crave sweets now! I don't have much of an appetite but put cake, cookies, or pie in front of me and I can just eat away! Ugh!

Absolutely. Most days I can't control it and end up eating so much junk I get bloated.
