I'm on 120 mg. 60 mg for depression and 60 for fibro. I takes the edge off the fibro. I am in pain almost constantly, but it would be a lot worse if I didn't take the Cymbalta.

I take 60 mg [[treatment:Cymbalta:54c86b8c860875808e[[phone:000492]], 300:]] mg Neurontin 3 times a day. I take one dose of Neurontin along with the Cymbalta in late evening. I also use 100 mg Elavil at night. I also get a Toradol pain shot every 4 weeks. I then use 8 hour 650 mg Tylenol which helps a lot. My doctor said that the Neurontin and Cymbalta work as a team. I hope you feel better soon.
