Members responded to the question of whether fibromyalgia symptoms like pain, headaches, brain fog, and upset stomach are constant, with most sharing that while they experience these symptoms daily, the intensity and combination vary throughout the day rather than being relentless around the clock. Several members described practical coping strategies including pacing themselves carefully, resting between activities before social outings, and working closely with doctors to find medication combinations that help manage symptoms, with one member noting success using Lamotrigine with Duloxetine and supplements. A recurring theme was the progressive nature of fibromyalgia over time, the unpredictability of which symptoms appear on any given day, and the importance of self-compassion and strategic rest to maintain quality of life despite chronic suffering.

Lamotrigine that is coupled with duloxetine then Buspirone. I also take massive amounts of vitamins and minerals. And two different allergy pills(1 in morn. And 1 at nite). It works for me. It does not mean that it would work for you.
