The lyrica is not working for me. When the doctor upped my dose to 700mg a day, I could barfly keep my eyes open during the day and with two kids, it wasn't an option for me to take that so I went back to my previous dose. Members shared their experiences with weaning off Lyrica, with timelines ranging from three days to three months depending on dosage and individual tolerance, and most describing difficult withdrawal symptoms like insomnia and fatigue. Several members discussed alternative medications they found helpful, with Cymbalta being the most frequently mentioned option for managing both pain and mood symptoms, though some noted it didn't work for them or caused side effects like elevated blood pressure. A recurring theme was the frustration of managing multiple medications while still experiencing pain and the importance of working closely with doctors to find the right combination through careful transitions and dosage adjustments.

Cymbalta twice a day has helped a lot. Helps with pain, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Highly recommend it.

There's one I use for pain called deep relief. I also take something called mineral essence. Both are made by Young Living. Their oils are 100% therapuetic.

I started Cymbalta a week ago and really struggling with it. I am calling the doctor today to see if I need to give my body more time to get used to it or if it isn't a good fit for me.

Have you tried cymbalta? It calmed my depression anxiety a lot and my chronic pain is not as bad most days.
