So I've noticed that my body aches tend to really flare up when it rains. Does anyone else have this problem?

Members overwhelmingly confirmed that body aches flare up with weather changes, particularly rain, with many describing their bodies as reliable weather predictors that react to shifts in temperature, barometric pressure, and humidity. Several members shared specific symptoms they experience during weather changes, including severe muscle aches, migraines, and a feeling of being hit by a truck when moving between extreme temperatures like air conditioning and heat. A recurring theme was the frustration of living with a body that reacts painfully to nearly all weather conditions year-round, though some found small relief in certain life stages like post-menopause.

Yes, I can predict the rain, I get body pain and migraine aura but fortunately since I am post menopause the migraines have stopped.

Yes def, my body aches with extreme temperatures & weather differences (so basically all the freaking time)! Going from inside (AC) to outside (hot) in like 3 seconds my body feels like it got hit by a semi. Rain, snow, heat, cold...it all messes with my body severely

Absolutely. My uncle says that the weather doesn't mean anything but both myself and my aunt (who has Fibromyalgia as well) can always tell if the weather is changing.
