Lymph Nodes Swelling
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi does anyone find the lymph nodes swelling? My lymph nodes have swelling a lot as of the last couple months. It happens in my neck and jaw and along my groin. Also like last night the base of my skull was hurting so much. When I checked my lymph node was swollen. Now others in my neck are swollen. I was also feeling like I was burning up. Body pain also getting worse these days. The frustrating thing about this disease is not knowing if this is just fibro or something more.

I think it has a lot to do fibro it makes the body hiper sencative to things that normaly wouldn't be even an issue also past ingeries they are never really gone they might be healed the arrays will always be sucepitable and a pain outlet I think that our body preceves it as a threat some times and are imune sistem goes in to over drive and part of our imune sistem is our limpnodes witch collects what's a threat but there's nothing to collect !

I have read that swollen glands are also apart of Fibromyalgia from time to time. But sometimes our complaints warrant a doctor visit. You might want to call your doc to make sure you are not getting some type of infection. I can usually tell why my glands are swelling because if I have no other symptoms, I use the tapping method. Google it on Youtube. It really does help despite skeptics.

Every couple of months I have the EXACT same thing with swollen lymph nodes around my jaw and ear, mainly the right side and the pain that comes with it. I've told doctors about it many, many times and they brush it off, but to ME it's kind of a big deal because it's ME who's going through it. So no, you're not alone and yes, it does suck. I'm 13 weeks pregnant right now, so I'm limited on what I can take. I used to take enough medicine to knock me out when the pain was unbelievably bad, but I no longer have that option anymore. I just pray I can get through my 4th and LAST pregnancy without too much medication or stress on the baby.
I wish I knew what to tell you about the lymph nodes. I've been dealing with it for years now. The only thing that has ever really helped me with anything is the green BC powders. I can't take them during pregnancy though, so that sucks. Good luck to you and if you find something that works, please share! God bless! ♡♡♡♡

Sarahw1990 Since I've gone gluten free the lymph nodes are no longer swollen. From what i have read in my research things such as gluten sugar and dairy can mess up your gut and cause inflammation in the body. The inflammation can agitate the fibro and cause other negative reactions such as exzema and PCOS and weight gain.
