Been to see my Physio today and she's referred me for a block treatment of hydrotherapy! What have your experience of this been?
My physio has put me in for 8 sessions on the NHs once a week and then you can pay after that if it's been beneficial! Will let you know if I find out more xx
Yes it feels great for a short while after but nothing long term xx
hi all it must be so fustrating in different parts f the world because where i live our pain managment has to recommend you for hydrotherapy and then you go along and pay £3...really feel for all you people who have a dfferent system where you live...x
We call it water therapy where i live. and i get to go every once in awhile when my rhuematologist writes a script. I love it. the water is heated and you do all these exercises in the water. It is good for the fibro pain.
i love water therapy I get lowered into a nice pool that is 90*. Then i am given a whole set of exercises that are done in 30 minutes. Than i also do a series of land therapy as well. Helps me alot.... especially with moving my bowels cause of IBS-C. I would recommend it to Fibro patients for sure! I get my script from my Rheumatologist. Have a great day everyone! The best you can!
