It is anxiety. Not a good feeling at all . The bad panic attacks are awful. I now take a prescription called busperine daily .It does not make you sleepy or dizzy and is not a narcotic therefore ;it is not habit forming. The doctor told me that anxiety comes on with depression and we all know that fibromyalgia causes depression.
