Physiotherapy and massage help with severity, but pain and tightness are persistant. Hope you can get some relief,

Pretty much all the same as above but I am literally connected to my heating pad all the time...I use Aspercream rub. My dh will put pressure on my sore spots and then rub my back, neck and shoulders pretty hard. This made the blood flow to the muscles and they relax. I have had cervical surgery with a plate and screw in the neck. I already have limited motion of my neck......best wishes...hugs
