Can Fibro Cause Bluured Vision?

I am having trouble see today. Just curious if it is caused by fibro

I also have Sjogren's. One of the side effects of Lyrica is blurred vision. I have read that the reason Fibro caused blurred vision is the muscles around the eyes pull on the eye. I try to remember to do eye exercises daily.
