@A MyFibroTeam Member - that is a really great point you make. I hadn't thought about that before and have been interchanging the two. In my case, my trigger points are 18/18 and have been for quite awhile.

I'm the same way. I test 18/18 on the tender points/trigger points and it almost seems like the slightest touch sends me through the roof.

I said i feel like I'm bruised all over, badly bruised that go very deep into my body.

It's every where its all those nerve endings that run through out the body and unfortunately it causes all forms of pain. But I understand your pain and I wish I had some sort of suggestions to help you cope better. I'm trying to figure it out too. But I'm with ya, I hope your day is better.
