I used belsomra for the first time last night. I slept 12 hours without waking up! I even went for a walk this morning and I've basically been bedridden. I'm trying the samples I got again tonight.

I took 20mg. My insurance doesn't cover it until I try older sleeping medicines. I'm on ambein CR 12mg for trouble falling asleep and trouble staying asleep.
For me, it doesn't work near as well as belsomra.
The sleep seems unnatural with the ambein CR and I aslo wake up multiple times throughout the night.
