Ok. So I am waking up with what feels like restless leg but it's not in my leg it's in my neck and shoulders. It feels kinda like a withdrawl but that can't be what it is. It's so frustrating because I can't go back to sleep. When I get up and sit up it goes away. Does anyone know what this is or what could be causing it??
No but I work about 25 hours a week and when I lie down 2 go 2 sleep Fri my whole body goes n2 jumps and jerks uncontrollably I get up and it stops somewhat but not as bad
I have had this jumping and jerking for some time now
My body does the same thing. I've also just started to get the shakes in my hands.
I too get twitches and jolts and also feel restless in certain areas of my body. It can become very frustrating and i struggle to get to sleep at night time and in the mornings i struggle to stay asleep. The last time i had this problem i didnt get to sleep until 2 in the morning and that was after taking a liquid form medication thats meant to calm the body and stop irritability and i seemed to get to sleep relatively quickly after that.
I get jolts and waves of uncomfortable feelings in my legs and kneck and shoulders at night. It sucks!
