hi i have been diagnosed with fibro but all my symptoms point to neuropathy..is there much difference between the 2 any i have this strange feeling going all throu my body constant pins&needles,pulling in my legs when i walk up a slope,no grip in my hands due to weakness&2 of my toes have no feelings in them i ak on gabapentin 2400mg a day also amitrypiline plus morphine..i am just confused on what i have any my doctors are rubbish dont listen to how i feel and how much pain i am in&how upset iā€¦ read more

It may be that disease that turns your fingers purple... Reynads syndrome I think. It goes hand in hand with fibromyalgia. Look it up...

hi thanks for your answers and i do have raynaurds myself but just in the cold where my tips of fingers turn pure white and like andrea says i have to make sure i am double wrapped up in the winters months hands&feet etc.i take nifedphine for raynaurds which at moment seems to be working but time will tell when winter arrives..i have also had carpal tunnel operation on both hands to which has made no difference...still numbness&pins&needles...x
