Walking
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Strange ask but does anyone havd to really think or focus when walking on straight or walking down stairs. Some days I have to really focus or I feel my legs will not work or I will fall down the stairs. Its like I have to tell my brain right leg ,then left leg & walk. Its worse when i am tired or in a flare.

Honey you are talking to the Queen of Clumsy I cant walk a straight line if a cop asked me to I have to hold on to both the rail and wall going downstairs and I have to think, Heck I run into doorways walls I trip over my own feet I even fall going up stairs as well as down them I'm so use to it now that it is second nature for me to be careful and if I have a migraine, sinus headache or veritgo I'm going down on my butt I won't even take a chance. My mom says I'm horizontally and vertically challenged I know she is kidding but it is true. the floor loves me so much it likes to plant my face on it every now and then. I do not drive if I feel the slightest bit off because I don't know if I'm gonna pass out or if it just my body sayin chill today. But I love to walk and do it a lot for exercise but some days I really need to concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other. take care gentle hugs
