I switched to decaf and do not have any issues now!

I love coffee,, especially first one of the day, I have 2 jars in the cuboard normal&decaf....Normal, one first thing it helps to, open my eyes lol,, then if i want another one, or two,throughout the day I have decaf...I do, not like filterd coffee to, strong for me..I drink decaf tea too., my fav is Gold blend&kenco....So does anyone know what it actually does to affect fibro?:-)

I do drink coffee with chocolate added mostly in winter and do not feel a difference with my Fibro. My sister who also has Fibro gave up coffee and says she feels better, however she drank coffee a lot so it may depend on how much coffee you drink each day. It also may depend on whether you drink regular coffee or decafe.
