I suffer a lot more during my period, usually with sitffness and fatigue. Recently I have been having epsom salt baths with lavender. I find gives some releif with the fibro pain and with the general period pains. It is also good for relaxation and de -stressing.

I have a mariena coil fitted,, so dnt have periods,, due to over bleeding previonsly..but at the momment, iam still getting the symptoms of tum ache,,&body feels drained,&excessive tired..so to answer your question yes this makes me feel worse..;-)

Defo worse for me in the run up to period. Just seen somewhere that does floatation tanks. Anybody got any thoughts? X
