Everyday I seem to suffer with really painful hands. My knuckles always hurt and sometimes it's so bad I can't hold anything.
I wanted to see if anyone had any tips or ideas of things that could help relieve the pain a bit.
Thank you in advance for any help you can offer

I soak mine in Epsom salts for about 15 mins in warm water,x
arnica cream or spray is natural and brings relief. I hope you have a good day
Get a parrifin wax machine and soak hands and wrap with towels. I remember great aunt doing tbis years and years ago for her Rheumatoid Arthritis. It works
Any kind of warm helps mine ( sometimes just warm wet compress); and of course when it's a bad day, trying to be more still & not over using my hands. I have all kinds of things to help me open jars ~ Hope you feel better today !
I find exercising them helps though I think I have carpal tunnel. But in any case those exercises would help you. Maybe if you look up Carpal tunnel exercises you would see some exercises to do and they would help. Before you exercise them stick them in warm water as hot as you can stand but not boiling. Also putting them from hot to cold water back to hot or relatively warm enough that you can stand would help too. Then do the exercises with them.
