I m going thru tests still! very dry eyelids, dry nose no nasal secretions, no ear wax very itchy ears, worsed of all dry tongue soaking up fluid like blotting paper and having to constantly spray or chew gum thus making my teethache! My skin is like a rhino and I cream down daily. Sjorgrens can also cause extreme fatigue, as a t4ennis supporter I don't, know how venus Wiiliams copes to keep playing!!

My Rhuematologist told me that the only cancer risk that's related to sjogrens is Lymphoma because sjogrens attacks some people glands more than others,,,but my doctor hasn't had any of her sjogrens patients to develop that, that's why staying well hydrated is a super must,,,my sjogrens only seems to attack my skin, eyes and arthritis.

My doctor didn't feel I had enough symptoms for Sjogrens but the fibromyalgia symptoms run very close to that disease to. The Sjogrens has dry mouth, eyes and other glands that require fluids such as skin and other organs in the body. I've suffered from the excessive dry mouth for years to the point of practically losing all my teeth , my eyes are light sensitive and itchy from dryness and my skin cracks around my mouth and other areas unless I lather in coconut oil. The doctor really didn't want to order the test due to the cost and my terrible insurance company, so I didn't push it figuring that fibromyalgia was so similar.

A good friend of mine mother has a really bad case of sjogrens, she had developed a mild case of pancreatitis from it and had to be hospitalized. Sjogrens can also trigger digestive upsets due to dryness and Chronic Fatigue. Everywhere I go when I mention Sjogrens they classify it as a Chronic Dryness Disorder and it effects every person differently. I've had a study done because no one in my family has never had this disorder, doctors are relating it to a virus that you didn't get over.
