I have cramping in my feet and sometimes in my calves. My doctor found out that my potassium was low. Now that I have increased my potassium level, most of the cramping is gone. Does your doctor prescribe muscle relaxer?

Arch supports helped me along with vitamin D. Also if you are using sea salt you may be needing iodine which you can get from kelp tablets.
