Right I don't know how to describe it really. But 2 months ago I woke up with horrid conjunctivitis. Have been treated twice with two lots of antibiotics. Anti allergy drops, lubricating drops. They are constantly sore and gritty. Also the vision in my weaker eye is getting worse and lazier. Droopy and turned in.
Just getting worried now as its all gone on long enough.

I habe had visual changes,fuzzyness. Hard to focus.
I've had a dramatic reduction in eyesight in recent years, yes.
Two things that I'm aware of related with eyesight and FM. 1. Sjogren's Syndrome characterized by dry eyes is often associated with auto-immune disorders. 2. One of the side effects of Cymbalta is blurred vision. There may also be other meds with similar side effects.
I have had vision changes. Especially during a bad flare up, my vision gets blurry and I cannot focus on reading, TV and especially driving.
I've worn goggles since I was 16. And I got new bike focaly ones 18mnths ago. And they've been crap for last 6mnths. Constantly cleaning them to find I need to take my eyeballs out n clean them instead. Grrr!!
You won't believe this, but i have been finding it difficult reading certain things. Went on for so long, my son made an appointment for the opticians and took me.
Came out to be told that I now need glasses to wear all the time.
What the hell happened?????? I never wore glasses or had a problem before this, now i'm wearing glasses all the time .TWO NEW PAIRS would you believe. (They do look good though, even if i say so myself)!!!
