Yep, esp. lower back, et neck. Use to be a Flexeril for few yrs up to 3xs a day prn. But now on Valium 10mg think every 8 hrs maybe??? Take as prn also. I only take if I'm almost in tears gotta be really terrible for me to use any prn meds. I rock in recliner with ice, heating pad/blanket et read or listen to music get mind of pain.

I do and they are very painful. My dr is very reluctant to prescribe some because of all the pain med crap that's going on. Oh, how I suffer with this.

I do, I just usually wait them out. I also use moist hot packs (heating pad) to help relieve them. I get them in all muscles.

I do - they are a spasm of sorts. I use Flexeril at night if I'm regularly getting them. My Rx says I can take them during the day, but they make me sleepy...
