Hi Claudia, I also have neuralgia on one size of my face, but it's called glossopharyngeal neuralgia. I to was interested to find out the same. Hugs as I know what your going through x

I have had Fibro now for 25 years just developed Trigeminal Neuralgia on the right side of my face a year ago.The Fibro is under control but, the facial pain is unreal !

They tested me for TMJ, the test was so painful. My ex husband has MS and it actually mimics fibromyalgia in a way. Hope you feel better soon.
