Left Knee Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I see someone already asked this, but I am experiencing the same left knee pain tonight. Are the knees involved with the fibromyalgia pain?

Get some icy hot or BenGay. The Walmart brand equate the muscle rub cream is cheap and it works wonderful! Try that. You may have to get on some muscle relaxers. I'm on muscle relaxers and I'm on pain medicine and a lot more.

As far as I know they are a sensitive point and can become a serious pain.
My bad pain is my hips or pelvis and shoulders.

My knees get terrible. Mine are due to fluid build up. I use spironolactone to get rid of the excess fluid. Mine is due to high fluid intake and medication side effects. I have to get tests every 3 months to monitor inflammation. It got to the point where it would get stiff and not move. Best of luck! I know it can be tough waiting for answers.

Pain can occur anywhere in the body. Hot Epsom Salt baths are good along with alternative hot and cold treatments. If it continues of course ask your doc about it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member because it was an injury fibro likes to hold on to trauma and pain once it's endured it in a certain area. You never know till you see a great doc or Rheumatologist. Hope you feel better !!
