Hi I am new as well and am on many different medications. I was diagnosed in 2012. For me the only thing that's helps the fatigue is veggie smoothies. Dosnt sound very good but if you add some fruit it takes the bitterness away. Hope this helps.

I felt great and no fatigue issues. I had other severe side affects after 10 days of use and can't try that class of medications.
