I have been faithful to always brush, floss, and rinse good. I do this twice daily some times three. I get my yearly cleaning. But I keep having cavities and I usually end up with getting the tooth pulled. Last year I lost three. Now four month's after my last dental visit I once again have two cavities. Because of the new insurance rules I can no longer go to my dentist and have to start all new with another. Does any one else battle this problem? what do you do?
All the dry mouth products are made with artificial sweeteners, which in turn throws your Fribro into a flare
I lost all of mine because of my meds lyrica is known for making u lose ur teeth
Yes I have teeth that are breaking at the gum line
The dry mouth causes tooth decay. It's terrible! Besides doubling my water, these 3 things have changed my life! Biotine has toothpaste and mouthwash that also helps!
Good luck!
Unfortunately, most of my teeth on the bottom were breaking or cavities like crazy. Like others I have major dry mouth, I have tried different toothpastes and mouth washes with the dry mouth but none of them have done very much. I found going to the dentist so frustrating as I would go the dentist get all kinds of work done and still be going at the nine month mark when I was supposed to be going back for a check up and teeth cleaning. But I never would get a break as something would break etc. I guess 7 years ago I had to get all my bottom teeth pulled. So after that I didn't go back for awhile as it seemed like I was there all the time. So, I started back again this year and have had a couple pulled, a root canal. I had a front one crack and a temporary one in its place. I have to get a partial denture for the top made. But yes, I have gone into flare ups or other times my whole body feels all cramped up. As well as terrible headaches and jaw pain that doesn't want to go away I have been on narcotics and other meds for years and my teeth have been destroyed from all the medication, that alone was depressing.
