I see my primary, Dr Aulakh (north west medical group) who is very compassionate and treats it's symptoms. But she also referred me to a pain doctor, Dr Ky, who treats my pain aggressively with meds and injections. If I were you I'd contact Dr Ky and skip the middle man of your insurance allows it.

I have Kaiser so I don't know who is good outside their network. Sorry

I actually joined a study here in town and the Meds work for me I don't even need pain Meds!
