Thanks for feedback! Just had blood work . All normal except now prediabetic. I did start taking Biotin . My stylist says she doesn't notice any bald spots so probably stress related.

Get your thyroid and iron levels checked. You could be low on some of your vitamins. I just get my doctor to run a vitamin and mineral test to check levels. Then I supplement with what I'm low on.

Yes, I have a bald spot on the backside of my head. I am also in peri menopause. My hair is not coming back and I do not know what to do. I had tests done back in 2012, doctors agreed that I had a bald spot but could not tell me why..... I did read that fibro and peri can do it o us.

I take biotin and use Meijer hair regrowth. Hope it helps.
