Members shared mixed experiences about juicing for fibromyalgia pain relief, with some expressing curiosity or willingness to try it while others raised practical concerns about cost, equipment cleanup, and the loss of important fiber during juicing. Several members offered alternatives and modifications, including using a NutriBullet or Magic Bullet for smoothies to retain pulp and fiber, adding ginger shots for inflammation, trying protein smoothies for sustained energy, and saving pulp for soups or breads to preserve nutrients. A recurring theme was the value of eating fresh, unprocessed foods and finding what works individually, with members encouraging experimentation while cautioning about the time, expense, and physical effort involved in juicing equipment.

I've heard a lot of people do juicing that have cancer and it's been known to help. I do my own fresh oranges so I cut out the preservatives . I've started ginger as this is good for imflumation supposable . I have mineral water to help with dehydration. And magnesium powder to help with pain it is better than the tablets as it gets into the system quicker this one helps with pain relief. Watch your food additives and presertives this really can ark up the fibro.

I juice and I enjoy everything except clean up. I highly recommend juicing....a easy way to get all your fruits and veggies in a day. I love the smoothies as well.

I use relief supplements from my company called It Works and it does wonders! I have so many Testimonials from friends claiming that it helps so much that and drinking greens. I also had the same results myself! My number (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)

I agree NutriBullet is the way to go no mess no fuss and you get all the nutritional value. Have a look for magi bullet it came out before the Nutibullet but works on the same concept you can get them under $50

I drink protein smoothies for breakfast. I use Silk unsweeted almond vanilla milk, frozen fruits and soy protein powder, vanilla. The protein keeps you feeling full, its an excellent way of getting your fruits in and no added sugar is needed and I love the Silk milks. I would love to buy a Nutribullet for veggies, but cannot afford it right now.
