Members shared their experiences with online depression tests in response to a question about whether anyone had tried them, with most finding them fairly accurate while noting that many had already been formally diagnosed by doctors with depression, bipolar disorder, or related conditions. Several members opened up about the life circumstances that contributed to their depression, including childhood trauma, devastating losses of multiple family members in short succession, chronic illness, and ongoing stress from unsupportive relationships. A recurring theme was finding comfort and relief through support systems like therapy animals, creative outlets such as quilting and genealogy, talking to trusted friends, and intentionally surrounding oneself with supportive people rather than those who add stress.

I have never taken 1 online but I have been diagnosed with depression for the last three years is due to a lot of things that happened in my life my daughter got brain cancer then my son got lung cancer and then my mom got so bad we had to put her in a nursing home because she was getting violent and my daughter and my son came out okay and are both in remission my mom passed away two years ago and it's just been hard to get over it then best friend died two weeks before my mom and an aunt died three weeks after my mom so it's just a lot of bad things happening all at one time it is also what brought on my MS and my fibromyalgia into very very bad case to begin with and this dress is now we're stuck with dealing with relatives no I am trying to get all those that cause me stress out of my life and just have those that are supportive around me but I think we all know how hard that is it takes a while and I hope you have a good day I just tried anything happy thoughts and when you start getting depressed find a friend to talk to or or do your favorite thing mine is Quilting or genealogy and those get my mind off of what is bothering me good luck
