Anti-inflammatory Diets?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi all, I'm debating starting up a diet eliminating inflammatory foods, and I'm wondering if anyone has found it helps at all?
I'm looking at Dr Weils pages :)

I cut out sugar a few months ago no longer buy processed foods cook always at home and no more salt in the diet my weight is up and down but to be honest there isn't much difference to my fibro but that doesn't mean that I wont keep trying to eliminate more foods to see if theres an improvement lately flare ups are a daily annoyance Good luck Billy Bear anything is worth a try:)))

I went on the 20 day challenge on having no sugar. It did make me feel better and lost almost 20 lbs. I have a hard time even eating some day's. So having a protein shake is my alternate route. Soy milk has sugar.

My attitude is to try with a hopeful state of mind, anything that Drs prescribe. If it doent work I tell them and depending on his/her attitude I'll keep or fire the Dr.

Hi Billy, I am going to try a gluten free diet, as an avid tennis watcher I listened to no. 1 in the world and he is using this although he is not ceoliac. It won,t kill me so I,m going to include things in my next online shop.
