Great question - I sleep when I take Ambien from 11 to 3 then wake up with pain. Even when I rest during the day I am always tired. I went to the store today to pick up produce and got home and felt like I had run a marathon. I can't sleep during the day because I know if I did I would never get to sleep at night and that is already a chore. So we are tired when we rest and tired when we don't - can't win this game.
What I noticed for myself is...if I do way to much I get wired..and keep going...but then I have a HUGE FLARE...So now when I feel myself getting wired..I know ( for me) its telling me I am exhausted..and stop. Its so hard to do because I feel wired. But since ( for me) I put this together..I do not have as many HUGE Flares.I have a twin brother..and we talk a lot on the phone..he always tells me you sound wired...what were you doing..cleaning? He tells me to go rest...so I don't go with the wiredness ..who would ever think if your wired your tired? OMG crazy..but for me its true..!!
Yes I can sleep for 2 days and still feel like I need more rest. I never feel like I have had good sleep
I sleep in spell don't know what and full eight hour sleep is I take ambien for insommia and I get a total of four hour and not back to back and then I'm so tired when I get up but I know I got at least nine hour work shift before I can lay down a gain
I am in constant pain and fatigue. I am the same about sleep...I have no trouble with falling asleep but if something wakes me I usually can not go back to sleep.
