I have been diagnosed with anxiety honey and have medication if I need it, it's horrible but know your not alone, see your Doctor and try see a good psychartrist, just to maybe give you some medication in the beginning to help you through till you can work on it further with a psychologist. Keep this at hand that are comforting to you. I'm 20 going on 30 this year and I've gone back to sleeping with my childhood teddies, and my dogs, because that helps me settle, I even take them to hospital and cuddle them, if I have to go by ambulance I take them and my own pillows every time,. You need to know its ok to comfort yourself that's what your mind and body are telling you, you need therefore it's ok what ever your thing is. I'm happy to chat if you need someone, I'm not always on but I will reply to messages ASAP . Hugs

Yes I do every morning. I suffer from morning anxiety. I cope by having my headphones right
on the bed and listening to audio relaxation/imagery tape while doing deep breathing before I
attempt to get up. I've lived with anxiety for over 30 years and this is what helps the best.
I wish you well. Let me know if I can support you in any way. x

@A MyFibroTeam Member Oh my I get the same headache especially just after a conversation over the telephone when I do not know the person. Have you tried to excuse yourself and just go to the Bathroom and breath then return? Maybe that will help when you do not really want to leave.

Hi there, Yes I get Anxiety attacks (at least I think they are anxiety attacks) my chest starts to close up with great pain. I have learned to have a bottle of ice cold water with me at all times and down it when this happens. It then slowly subsides. I get them at any time even when I am not feeling anxiety. Hope this helps.
