Members explored the topic of Living Clay, with most expressing curiosity mixed with skepticism about using bentonite clay internally for detoxification purposes. Several members shared their own detox approaches, including cilantro shakes, zeolite, spirulina, wild blueberries, and following the Medical Medium protocol, with one member noting that heavy metal toxicity was a significant part of their health challenges. A recurring theme was cautious interest, with members encouraging each other to research thoroughly before trying internal clay use, though some were surprised to learn that bentonite clay commonly used in facial masks could also be taken for health purposes.

It removes toxins.
Heavy metal is a lot of my problem. We all have it.
If you read up on Cilantro it removes toxins well. I drink a shake with cilantro and celery and some other things down below

Other good heavy metal toxins removers are
Parsley
Zeolite
Spirulina
Garlic
Sage
L Glutamine
Plantain Leaf
Red Clover Bloosom
Wild Blueberries also help remove toxins.
