Lyrica was the worse for me. I don't remember much while being on that drug
except for losing my balance going down steps.
My hands shake sometimes too I think it's part of fibro. I sometimes have horrible balance and get dizzy. My neurologist took me off peanuts because he said it can make migraine headaches worse and that can have a lot to do with me getting dizzy. I stopped eating peanut butter (believe me that about killed me I love pb&j sandwich) and I stopped falling. I haven't fell in 4 months and I was falling on a weekly basis. It helped for me and I lost weight no more Reese's.
I fall all the time...weakness and balance problems...urgh
Not eating will cause your blood sugar to drop and cause your hands to shake. This often happens tl me if I wait too long before eating. Does your shaking stop after you eqt?
It def..sounds like u need to take vitamins..I did to.i didn't eat right and all I drank was pop..since I have been only drinking water..I have to make myself..I eat breakfast..even if it's a couple bites of banana..and do this all day long..nuts..fruit anything healthy..it has helped. I was the type of person to wake up and go to work and not eat until supper time..it scared of getting worse and still don't have a final diagnosis..
