OK. Thanks so much! This same Rheumatologist diagnosed me with Ehlers-Danlos as well. I'm not sure if this too is intertwined with Fibro. Does anyone know?

@A MyFibroTeam Member So what causes autonomic dysfunction? Is that really what they don't know the cause of or is it the fibromyalgia they don't know the cause of?

To some degree or another depending on the person.

Ah...so it is a symptom of! I agree, the Rheumatologist literally had me walk and turn around, asked some questions and diagnosed me with Autonomic Dysfunction. I'm all confused but I do know that I have many of the Fibro symptoms and I guess my good ole family doc is the only one in my network of DR's who believes Fibro is real.
