Shocks
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone feel little shocks in your body when you touch things? I have carpal tunnel fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis.

Not so much now but did experience this for a while. Its the over sensitivity of the nerve endings.. even clothes would cause aggravation.

I use a technique called skin brushing or dry-brushing which helps combat this. I post a link a few days ago if you want to check it out on my updates.

Hope this helps and sending gentle hugs xx

I do at times. It's a strange feeling.
