I do have RA and there are foods that flare it or suppress it. I keep a diary of diet and exercise and moods for maybe a week if things seem to be unmanageable. Sometimes the you have all the answers to your body by looking back over the past week to see what may have triggered symptoms. Robaxin over the counter with the ibuprofen helps with inflammation or ice pack or heat. My life is like a puzzle. Have to test what is too much stress, too much exercise, too much wheat for me. I have zero negative RA where my blood shows very high inflammation and I get better when taking methotrexate and prednisone (which is for inflammation amongst other things). I even test positive for osteoporosis but my RA test comes out negative. Xrays show consistent degeneration of joints caused by RA as well. But my RA test is negative. So you may have it and not know it unless it shows degeneration and inflammation in joints by way ther inflammatory blood tests are taken or you feel like you've died and gone to heaven on prednisone!
